The challenge

A 160-student program that needed serious, dependable money — roughly $60K a season — without burning out families on product sales.

The campaign

The full process, executed: 92% of students raised money in 2022, 88% in 2023, 87% in 2024 — near-total buy-in every single season, while the program beat its own total two years in a row.

The results

Three consecutive seasons, each one bigger than the last: $57,350, then $58,764, then $60,725. By the third campaign the average gift had climbed to $69.56, and the monthly donor club they started in 2023 had grown from 12 members to 15 — $377 every month, one of the largest clubs on the platform.

“This fundraiser can replace many things that drain program and community.”

— Kyle Freesen, Director of Bands, Loveland High School
